Joe Giudice and his wife Teresa have their hands full with all of their legal drama and while their 39-count fraud case was recently postponed until February, Joe will still be heading to court later this month to address a previous charge he received as a result of him allegedly obtaining a fraudulent driver's license.
"Real Housewives of New Jersey star Joe Giudice will stand trial in the Garden State on November 19," In Touch Weekly reported on November 2. "The November 19 court date will be his trial for charges of fraudulently obtaining a driver's license. After Joe lost his license for a DUI, he reportedly used his cousin's ID to get a new license, which is illegal."
According to reports, Joe used his brother's birth certificate to obtain a driver's license in his name after his own driver's license was suspended following a DUI charge a few years back.
This will just be the first of what may end up as many court dates for Joe. Months after standing in front of a judge in regards to his driver's license dilemma, Joe and Teresa will be embarking on what is sure to be an intense trial after their July indictment.
Meanwhile, the Giudice's kids may be left without parents if Joe and Teresa are found guilty, which has been a highly discussed topic since the indictment. If Joe and Teresa go to jail, they are going to have to find someone to raise their four daughters.
