High school and college graduations are taking place all around the St. Louis area and across the nation. These high school graduates face college life or career options with wide-alert eyes of hope. When their college graduate counterparts walk across the stage to receive their diploma, what are their options for jobs and careers?

Specifically, dentistry, registered nurse, physicians or physical therapy are some of the best options when pursuing a career in 2014. In the top potential medical jobs, there are also plenty of room for speech therapists, veterinarians and other forms of physical and psychological counseling needs.

Don’t despair if your major is far from computer or medical related. Ranking in the top 40 best career picks is maintenance or repair experts and construction workers. Also, falling in the top 45 is teaching, financial advising, and accountant help. Traditionally long sought-after career, like lawyer, fell into the middle of the top 100 choice jobs for 2014 graduates.
