JoAnn Wess was a school teacher for 30 years. For more than 10 years, JoAnn has been teaching spiritual development classes that enable a higher level of self-awareness and enhancement of your spiritual gifts. This information will help you live a happy and healthier life while being able to serve others through your spiritual gifts.
JoAnn is teaching a class on Meditation and the Chakras – Level 1 at the Christian Spiritualist Temple on January 25 and January 26, 2013. The classes are from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, January 25, 2013 and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, January 26, 2013. The Christian Spiritualist Temple is hosting this class as part of the continuing development of spiritual gifts for the Columbus spiritual community.
The class will use chakra meditations to the different energy levels of our individual chakras. Chakras are energy centers that are distributed throughout the body. These energy centers have major impact on the health and emotional wellbeing of each of us.
The meditations presented by JoAnn will help each individual realize more about their own aura. How the energy is perceived is a unique experience, with some people sensing the energy through feeling, seeing or hearing the different levels. By understanding how you receive spiritual energy and information, you can increase your perception of your energy and how to use it more effectively.
Another useful area of work will be to discuss the interaction of your spiritual energy with other people. The meditation practices will teach you how to establish boundaries that help you maintain clearer and healthier energetic personal energy fields.
JoAnn has been working with several spiritual teachers over a period of 20 years. John Friedlander studied with Jane Roberts, the author of Seth Speaks. John, Gloria Hemsher, and other spiritual teachers have helped JoAnn develop her own spiritual gifts and provided insights used in her spiritual teaching and personal readings.

For the lot immediately adjacent to the church, please use head-in parking. For the larger lot accessible from 5th Street, please park in the lines and not in the reserved spaces.
