Families can jump and jive at Bethelehem's Charles A. Brown Ice House this weekend as they enjoy Disney's The Jungle Book Kids. This fun show will be produced and performed by Pennsylvania Youth Theater Friday, August 17th at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. and Saturday, August 18th at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.

This jazzy explosion of jungle rhythm features all the classic Disney characters. Mowgli, Baloo, King Louie and the gang swing their way through madcap adventures and thwart the ferocious tiger, Shere Khan. This show promises to be a family favorite and is an affordable treat at $5 per ticket.

Disney originally released The Jungle Book in 1967 and it's been a classic ever since. It was inspired by Rudyard Kiplings's story of a young boy raised by wolves. The music includes unforgettable toe-tapping tunes such as "The Bear Necessities" and "Colonel Hathi's March" (the elephant song).
