StageCoach Theatre Company presents “Jingle in the Jungle, an original Christmas tale about a skunk who wants to ask Santa to grant her wish. These endearing theatre shows will be performed in the Carriage House at Oatlands in Leesburg on December 15, 20, 21 and 22. Show time for Saturday and Sunday performances is 5:30pm; show time on Friday, December 20 is 6:30pm.

This family show will be suitable for all audiences and is sure to be lots of fun! It’s the perfect show to see with both kids and grandparents.

A special talk-back session with the cast and crew will be held immediately after the show on Saturday, December 21. Find out what happens behind-the-scenes for this magical Christmas show.

“Jingle in the Jungle” was written and directed by Terry Smith of Sterling and produced by Jerri Wiseman of Herndon, both owners of the company. Music direction is provided by Cristin Williamson of Ashburn. Area residents who are performing in the show are:

From Loudoun County:
Ashburn: Mikayla Hammrich and Scott Tousley
Leesburg: Katie Beliveau (also choreographer)

From Prince William County:
Haymarket: Michael Golder and Rodrigo Pool

From Fairfax County:
Herndon: Barbara Carpenter

Rose the skunk is not very happy. She wants to play and have friends, just like everyone else. But the kids make fun of her and tease her because she is different. She wants to change that with her Christmas wish. This is a wonderful play about acceptance and self-esteem, all wrapped up in the Christmas spirit.

Tickets purchased online in advance are $12 for Adults, $10 for children ages 2 – 12 inclusive. Tickets purchased at the door, pending availability, will cost $15 for Adults and $13 for children ages 2-12. Groups of 10 or more can receive a 10% discount. Contact for arrangements.

StageCoach Theatre Company produces mainly original scripts by local playwrights. Well known in Loudoun County for its murder mystery dinner shows and wine tours, StageCoach Theatre also produces original children’s adventure stories in the Spring, Fall and at Christmas. The company recently won the Small Business Award for Tourism and Entertainment from the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce.
