On Oct. 31, late night comedian Jimmy Kimmel decided to forgo Walter White for Snow White and donned a Disney princess costume. “I was either going to be Snow White or Walter White, but there were already enough of those,” he joked on Thursday night. Kimmel also opened up his 3rd annual YouTube Halloween challenge.
He asked viewers to pretend they ate all of their kid’s Halloween candy and post a video of their child’s reaction to the news. People can upload it using the words, “Hey Jimmy Kimmel. I told my kids I ate their Halloween candy.” He then aired an entry from 2012 and said his favorite starred two young brothers from Long Island named CJ and Jake. Too see the hilarious video that’s been viewed more than 7 million times, head to YouTube. Kimmel also interviewed the two brothers on “Jimmy Kimmel Live.” To see the laugh-out-loud clip, be sure to watch the video above and to the left. Jimmy’s favorite entries from Halloween 2013 will air all next. “It will be a lot of fun – for us!” he quipped.
On Halloween night, Jimmy looked highly uncomfortable as Snow White and asked jokingly, “You mean to tell me no one questioned Prince Charming when he was going around kissing unconscious women?” He added, “He sounds like a real jerk to me.”
Guillermo Rodriguez, Kimmel’s trustworthy sidekick, dressed as Jasmine from “Aladdin,” while members of his band donned Cinderella, Rapunzel, Mulan, Pocahontas and Ariel princess costumes to celebrate Halloween 2013. Guest Mindy Kaling from “The Mindy Project” wore a Captain Hook costume for the festivities. Jimmy told his band that he doesn’t like to pass out candy to trick-or-treaters on Halloween. “I like to give them constructive criticism on their costumes,” he panned. Concerning the bad weather on Halloween throughout much of the nation, Kimmel quipped, “If your Halloween was rained out, you are legally able to show up at your neighbor’s house anytime between now and Thanksgiving demanding candy and they have to give it to you or they’ll be arrested.”
“Jimmy Kimmel Live,” now in its tenth season, airs at 11:35 p.m. EST (10:35 p.m. CST) Monday-Friday on ABC.
