MyMagic+ is an ambitious program at Walt Disney World that helps guests personalize their vacations, slash their waits, and find their way around the parks. Vice-President Jim MacPhee took some time at the recent Seven Dwarfs Mine Train media event to answer questions about how the program works, what it currently accomplishes, and what it might look like in the future. Check out the video accompanying this article for the whole question and answer session.

McPhee talked about his long career at Disney and how he's seen an evolution in the overall guest experience. For example, FastPass was an innovation back in 1999, and the FastPass+ component of MyMagic+ takes the making of ride reservations to another level.

MyMagic+ was a big topic of discussion throughout the media event. Travel guru Samantha Brown also shared her thoughts about it. You can see her presentation by jumping to this article.
