Jim Irsay gave every Colts player an Xbox One

Sunday saw news of Indianapolis Colts owner, Jim Irsary, giving every one of his players an Xbox One for the holidays.

According to Fox Sports, Irsay bought Microsoft's latest video game console for his team in a show of goodwill.

Proof of Irsay’s generosity can be seen via the Instagram account of Vontae Davis and Matt Overton's Twitter.

Even though availability for the Xbox One hasn’t been as scarce as the PlayStation 4, the next-gen console did sell out previously at various retailers and online stores. There’s no sure way to say if Irsay used any special connections to acquire an Xbox One so close to Christmas, but he certainly could afford buying every Colts player a $499 system, given his position.

A similar story happened back in January, during the launch of the PS4. Dallas Cowboys receiver, Dez Bryant, covered the cost of several Walmart shoppers PS4 orders, when he went out to buy his in Dallas.
