Jim Garrow: Reagan almost nuked Mecca, God stopped Obama from nuking U.S.

To the six or seven people on the planet who were hoping to convince this column that Jim Garrow, the man who accused President Obama of being a murderer, a Saudi agent and a pedophile all in one sitting, might have had even so much as a smidgen of credibility to his name: You'd better sit down for this.

He's back, and further off his rocker than ever before.

While talking with everyone's favorite evil aristocratic space lizard, Alex "Weather Weapon" Jones of InfoWars, Garrow claimed that President Obama wanted to kill 90% of Americans with an EMP attack, but was thwarted by three military heroes who stopped him and safely detonated one one of the nuclear devices off the coast of Charleston, South Carolina.

Garrow tried to reassure Jones of his credentials by claiming that he once worked for Ronald Reagan.

Who, according to Garrow, almost set off a nuclear device too.

"The day he took office, do you remember that amazing event where the Iranians let go the diplomatic folks who were being held hostage? Do you know why? Do you know why it happened? I’ll tell you why and I know exactly why because I’m the man who took the message," Garrow claimed.

"I flew from Toronto to Ottawa and I met with the chargé d'affaires of Iran, they didn't have an embassy in Ottawa at that time but they had an office, I took in a message from president-elect Reagan that indicated that if they did not let go the hostages on the day that he took office then he would nuke Mecca."

The very obvious flaw in Garrow's claim, of course, is that Mecca is not in Iran. It is in Saudi Arabia.

Using a nuclear weapon to try to resolve a hostage situation would have been controversy enough, but what Garrow is suggesting is that Reagan threatened to use it against another country altogether. This would have resulted in condemnation of the United States by the entire world.

Yet the stupidity didn't even stop there. If Garrow had even a smidgen of credibility left to his name after this point, he obliterated it altogether by changing his story.

Instead of continuing to credit the three anonymous heroes in the military, Garrow insisted that God intervened to stop Obama's nuclear plot by changing solar patterns.

In summary, Garrow, in a single day, invented a ludicrous story to try and slander the current Democratic president, tried to back it up with another massively ludicrous story which desecrates the memory of one of the most celebrated Republican presidents, then changed his mind and rewrote the ending to his original ludicrous story.

Just how much more clear does Jim Garrow need to make it that he's just pulling stuff out of the place he otherwise keeps his head?
