Jillian Michaels eats her words: Parenting is hard

Fans of the show "Biggest Loser" have seen Jillian Michaels rip them apart for not making time to do work outs and get exercise into their routines while being parents. On March 15, fitness guru is forced to eat her own words, as She Knows reports, as she concedes that parenting is hard work and often leaves little time for anything else.

Jillian says that before she had kids, she was able to enjoy a long workout without having to think about her emails, what she has to make for dinner that the kids will both like and eat, and everything else. She says, “At the end of the day, I come home, and I’m like, ‘OK, let me bathe you, change you, feed you, read you books, put you to bed.’ Wait, how am I supposed to do all this? Son of a b***h, this is hard.”

Jillian and her partner, Heidi Rhodes adopted their two children, Lukensia, 3, and Phoenix, 10 months, so they definitely have their hands tied. Jillian finally has some idea of what it is like to balance fitness and a healthy lifestyle with having a family. When it comes to her super busy schedules now, Jillian Michaels says, "I used to say, ‘If you’re going to exercise, then you do it, and you do it 100 percent.’ Now if I’ve got to answer e-mails while I work out on the StairMaster, well, then that’s what it is. People can rub my nose in it, because it is so hard — so hard — to take care of yourself when you’re a parent."

Perhaps this will change her stance on how she addresses people on "The Biggest Loser" from now on. What do you think of Jillian Michaels new stance on fitness while being a parent?
