The biggest oxymoron of 2014 just may go to Jillian Michaels. According to a People report dated Weds. Jan. 15, the fitness professional isn't in love with exercise, despite her drill sergeant ways.

Yes, that's right folks. The hardcore 'Biggest Loser' trainer and the creator of vicious workout DVD's is actually human like the rest of us.

“I really dislike working out,” she tells People at the launch event for her new 30-minute interval class at Curves gyms.

“No matter what I’m doing, whether it’s yoga or spinning or even my Curves circuit class, It’s hard. And there’s never a moment where it’s hard and I’m going, ‘Oh, I just love this!’ Everything hurts," Michaels claims.

Despite her dislike for the burn, she remains motivated and focused on health and fitness.

“I tell myself that I love my skinny jeans. I love playing with my kids. And I don’t mean watching them play, I mean playing with them,” she dishes.

Michaels truly believes that no matter what someone's fitness level is, they should work out four days a week for 30 minutes at a time. She also encourages anyone who falls off the wagon to get right back on. She offered an insightful analogy to all who have strayed from their workout routines.

“If you get a flat tire, you don’t get out of the car and slash all three other tires. You fix the flat and you keep going. So you missed [a workout] today. Control your diet a little bit better and go tomorrow. It’s that simple,” she says.

She also revealed that she keeps a supply of meals in her freezer for those nights when she needs something "quick and easy." Not surprisingly, each meal contains less than 500 calories.

”If you know, ‘I’m not making it to the gym today,’ well, don’t have a bottle of wine with your buddy and go out for Italian food that night. You just mitigate it and you jump back on the wagon," she said.

When it comes to Michaels physique, the results don't lie. The fitness queen even struggles with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) - an endocrine disorder that is known to make maintaining one's weight more difficult. Love her or not - she works extra hard for where she is.
