Once again Shape , the fitness and health magazine, hosts Jillian Michaels on the cover. The petite mother of two bared it all to declare that at 40, the TV personality/trainer is now at “her peak.” In her spread Jillian Michaels confessed that although she is “older, she is also wiser, which is a more intrinsic type of beauty.”
Women sometimes use age as an excuse to not exercise or workout, but Jillian Michaels says she looks better now than she did in her younger years, “When I think back on my 20s and 30s, I look better now than I ever have.” Her inspiration is her children, which she told Shape is “the best reason for having strong arms, because I love to pick up my kids.” Michaels shares a four-year-old daughter and two-year-old son with her partner Heidi Rhoades.
The July/August issue of Shape, featuring a full spread of the sexy and nude Jillian Michaels, hits newsstands and tablets on June 25.
