Nearly two months after former Real Housewife of New York City, Bethenny Frankel, announced her separation from husband, Jason Hoppy, her former co-star and former friend, Jill Zarin has decided to chime in on Bethenny's separation.
During Season 3 of The Real Housewives of New York City, Bethenny and Jill had a major falling out which Jill has used to keep her name in the media ever since. Many were surprised that Jill hadn't made a comment sooner about Bethenny's upcoming divorce, but perhaps she was trying to be respectful or perhaps just didn't have "her notes."
In a recent interview with InTouch magazine, Jill said the following regarding Bethenny's separation and upcoming divorce:
I just want her to be happy and her daughter to be happy. But you know, life is not always what you plan it. I was divorced once. I don’t wish that [on] anybody. Bethenny’s very strong and very focused and very committed to making her daughter happy and doing whatever that takes. If she’s gonna get divorced, let it be when her child’s really young and doesn’t really remember. I know that she’ll do what’s in the best interest of her daughter.
Very kind words from someone that does not always have the kindest words for Bethenny. Do you think Jill's thoughts on Bethenny's divorce are truly altruistic or is she simply taking advantage of Bethenny's divorce to have her name in magazines and blogs?
