As '19 Kids and Counting' fans know, 23-year-old Jill Duggar, tied the knot with Derick Dillard on Sat. June 21. According to a People article dated Thurs. July 3, married life is treating the newlyweds quite well.

"I have the most amazing guy. Everything about being married is awesome," Jill gushed to People.

Jill, the second daughter of Jim Bob and Michelle married Dillard after a short courtship that mainly took place via Skype. The pair quickly knew they were supposed to be together, and Dillard soon popped the question after getting Jim Bob's permission. Now, the couple has returned from their beach honeymoon that they spent at Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina, where they rented a house. Not surprisingly, their honeymoon was a great start to their new commitment as husband and wife.

"Every morning, we would wake up and go out and sit on the deck and listen to the waves," she says. "It was beautiful. It was very private without a lot of people there yet for the season. It was so relaxing," she tells People.

Mr. and Mrs. Dillard also shared pictures of their special getaway with People exclusively, in which they are sneaking kisses on the beach and beaming with happiness.

Jill and Derick revealed that they toured the Wright Brothers National Memorial and packed a picnic lunch and spent an afternoon at Cape Hatteras Island, touring the lighthouse.

"It was really pretty there," she says. "It was wonderful. We were able to be away for almost a full week."

Now, they honeymoon is over....but only literally....not metaphorically. They are now enjoying every day life and the simple pleasures of marriage. She is notably tackling the challenge of learning how to cook for only two. After coming from such a big family, it's understandably interesting for her. One of the photos she recently shared on Instagram has Derick grilling dinner for them one night.

"I love to cook and have been able to do a lot of cooking," she says. "Cooking for two people is a learning experience in and of itself."

Whether it's cooking or just hanging out, the couple has been spending as much time together as possible.

"Our house is really close to Derick's work," she says. "I have been able to drop him off in the morning and meet him for lunch so we can spend more time together. It has really been a lot of fun."

Now with Jill married and settled in, will Jessa Duggar be the next to walk down the aisle? Fans have also been wondering how soon Jill and Derick will have their first child. Do you have any predictions? Sound off in the comment section below!
