Jewish film Festival in Sacramento

This weekend The Crest Theater is hosting a Jewish Film Festival.

From Thursday March 7th to Sunday March 10th they will be screening two to three films per day except for on Friday because of course, Friday evening is the Jewish Sabbath.

There are a wide variety of films being screened. Among others there is: An exploration of the universally loved Havah Negilah, the history of a family reclaiming a Jewish painting that was stolen by the Nazis, and the tale of a boy in the sixties who ends up working for a matchmaker in Haifa.

There will be coffee and dessert in the lobby between and after the films screened.
