Jets are looking at "all possibilities" with Tim Tebow

Last year Tim Tebow was still a Denver Bronco, and the Peyton Manning sweepstakes was not decided yet.

Now, Tebow is on the cusp of being a free agent, and his future is not clear at this time. Jets owner Woody Johnson said they are “looking at all possibilities with him,” Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News reported Sunday.

The Jets general manager John Idzik took a similar approach to Tebow. Per Tom Rock of Newsday, Idzik noted Tebow was "under contract," and the Jets would let things "play out."

Tebows salary due in 2013 is around $2.6 million in 2013. At that level of compensation, he will be difficult trade bait for any team to consider unless someone has a plan for him.

The Jets are more than likely to release Tebow, and his future in the NFL is iffy. He may want to check out another football league should the NFL be done with him
