Martial arts star Jet Li stars in the new fantasy action film "The Sorcerer and the White Snake" based on an old Chinese legend about an herbalist who falls in love with a thousand-year-old White Snake disguised as a woman.
Li plays the sorcerer who discovers the woman's true identity and battles to save the man's soul.
"The Sorcerer and the White Snake" was directed by Tony Ching Siu-Tung. The film is currently available through VOD and Apple iTunes. It opens in limited U.S. theatrical release on Feb. 8, 2013.
