On Monday, August 18, the show asked fans through Twitter which celebrities they want to see on the upcoming season. Responses included John Stamos, Selena Gomez, Rachael Ray, John Cena, Alyssa Milano, and the Olsen twins. When several fans nominated Jessie, Jessie actually responded. Jessie's tweet shows that she's a big fan of the show and would love to learn to dance like the pros. "Would be so fun to be on that show. Best work out ever," she tweeted.
Jessie's tweet prompted several more fans to say how great she would be on the show and to encourage her to go after the opportunity. One fan even said that she'll start a Twitter account dedicated to getting Jessie on the show.
Jessie, best known musically for her single "Wanted," is no stranger to reality TV. She and her husband, NFL New York Jets star Eric Decker, have their own reality show. Titled "Eric & Jessie: Game On," it premiered on E! last September. The finale of the second season aired early this May. The birth to their first child, daughter Vivianne Rose, in mid-March was captured for the show.
In a recent interview with E! News, Jessie talked about how she lost the pregnancy weight and got back in shape within a few months of giving birth. She said that does 20 minutes of cardio, whether on her StairMaster or by walking around her neighborhood, every day. She also does strength training, consisting of crunches, push-ups, 5-pound arm workouts, and squats. Eating healthy is another important component of her daily life.
The hard work has certainly paid off. Last Monday, Jessie James Decker posted a photo of her flat and toned stomach to her Instagram account. She proudly wrote that she fits into her size 25 jeans again. If she were to join "Dancing with the Stars" for season 19, she'll likely be showing off that stomach quite a bit!
