When watching Jessie J walking the red carpet at the 54th Annual Grammys on Sunday night, the entertainer didn’t look to be struggling, but her dress weighed considerably. The entertainer shined, but most thought that was because of the material, not because it was made out of a heavy base. In what had to be one-of-a-kind, Jessie J’s dress was made out of metal.
The entertainer talked about the dress on the red carpet and there isn’t any doubt she was proud of the Grammys gown. Always known to pick outfits that were different, it was part of her fashion style and the extra weight just was part of the deal.
"It is made of small pieces of metal, it is almost like being in a gym. It is very heavy,” said Jessie J. on the Grammys red carpet. The artist attempted to show just how heavy it was by picking up a portion of the dress bottom for people to feel.
The Julien Macdonald creation definitely was unique, but worth the effort. Sparkling as she moved, Jessie J looked like a princess as she graced the red carpet of the Grammys as the dress revealed her figure and shared a perfect look.
