Jessica Simpson's recent weight gain isn't going away. In the last several appearances made by the singer-turned-fashion-designer, Simpson has sported a curvier frame. Despite saying she's "happier than ever", media outlets haven't stopped finding a way to frown down on the busty blonde.
THE DAILY MAIL: "FRUMPY JESSICA SIMPSON"
According to The Daily Mail, Jessica Simpson was out of place as the stepped on the catwalk as the finale judge for "Project Runway". In a small space where only thin models walk, The Mail dubbed Jessica a "frumpy" misfit.
"She's done everything from slip into a tiny pair of Daisy Dukes, to pull on a pair of high-waisted 'mom jeans'," writes the online mag. "But despite having her own fashion line, Jessica Simpson has had more style misses than hits. Once again she was getting noticed for all the wrong reasons..."

Jessica's weight gain (and weight loss) are hot topics, but the Dallas-born designer wants to bring something else to the forefront - Curvy girls and plus-sized models. During Fashion Week, Simpson will debut her new Jessica Simpson jeans line and she's letting more well-rounded ladies sport the look.

“When she’s designing, she has her best friends in mind,” a spokesperson for Simpson told TODAYshow.com. “It’s all about dressing for every girl.”
