Weight Watchers announced that they will be continuing to run their ads revealing Jessica's 50 lb weight loss, but will also add a new 30 second commercial that will announce Jessica Simpson's pregnancy.

As for W.W. and Jessica Simpson's business future, Weight Watchers says Jessica "will not be following the program during the pregnancy while her weight and well-being are monitored by her obstetrician."
