Jessica Simpson flaunted her toned legs in a pair of Daisy Dukes after her recent dramatic weight loss, Us reported March 24.

Simpson, who said she has reached her goal weight, has lost 70 pounds since giving birth to son Ace (in June 2013) by following a portion-controlled, low-carb Weight Watchers diet.

Jessica's diet features a healthy mix of high-quality proteins like salmon and chicken, and plenty of fresh vegetables and salads. For exercise, Simpson walks four to five miles every day (or 8,000 to 10,000 steps) and does yoga.

Jessica also works out for 45 minutes, four days a week, with her longtime trainer Harley Pasternak. "It's a lot of resistance training, lots of lunges and squats," said Simpson. "There are bursts of cardio throughout the workout as well."

Pasternak, the author of The Body Reset Diet, also trains Halle Berry, Lady Gaga, and Kim Kardashian, who recently spotlighted her 50-pound weight loss on the low-carb ketogenic diet.

Jessica is proud of her weight loss, and can't wait to show off her slimmed-down body in a form-fitting wedding dress. "When you see my dress, you’ll know [why I dieted and exercised so hard]," said Simpson, who will soon marry former NFL star Eric Johnson.
