Jessica Simpson shares dramatic weight loss on Instagram

Jessica Simpson has reached her goal weight.

Jessica Simpson has been on a weight-loss journey since the birth of her second child in June of 2013. Her battle with weight has been ongoing since the birth of her first child, Maxwell. She showed off a sexy photo on Instagram on March 6 as she announced she has reached her goal weight. As a paid spokesperson for Weight Watchers for several months, the world has been watching Jessica Simpson slim down via TV commercials and internet ads. In January of 2014, Simpson showed off her sexy figure in a bathing suit and a whopping 60 pound weight loss on Instagram.

Simpson follows the Weight Watchers meal plan and reportedly consumes several mini-meals a day which include fresh produce, non-fat dairy, and lean proteins. When interviewed by Good Morning America on March 5, and asked about her daily diet, Simpson said, "For breakfast I am an oatmeal girl. For lunch, well, I like bread, so I'll have a sandwich. But I try to keep it really clean for dinner."

Walking is a big part of Simpson's exercise routine. She clocks in four to five miles a day and also works out with a trainer about three days a week. She shared a photo with her Instagram followers on March 6 in a white dress with the caption, ""First time rocking a white dress this year...but not the last!! Thanks @weightwatchers."

Simpson is planning her wedding to fiance Eric Johnson, a former NFL player.
