Jessica Simpson is throwing around a preferred baby name according to Us Weekly on Feb. 20. The source is stating that Jessica has already chosen a name for her second baby with Eric Johnson, her fiancé. The name she has chosen according to sources close to her is Ace. Simpson, 32, has a daughter named Maxwell who is 10-months-old.
The singer didn't reveal how she and Johnson, 33, chose the name, Ace. Last year, when the couple revealed little Maxwell Drew's name, it was determined that they named her as a tribute to both her family and her NFL player father. Maxwell is Johnson's middle name along with his grandmother's surname. Drew is Jessica's mother Tina's maiden name.
The mother-to-be told "Elle" last year before Maxell was born and the name revealed:
"It's nothing shocking and nothing you'll have to add to the dictionary. Still, when people hear it they'll know …why."
Simpson and Johnson announced their second pregnancy by Twitter on Christmas day. The thrilled parents are very exciting about increasing their family. Jessica told Katie Couric in September that she felt that motherhood is a dream and absolutely amazing.
