Jessica Simpson has chosen a name for her unborn baby, according a Feb. 20 Us Weekly report. The star who loves names that have special meaning is expecting her second child with fiancé Eric Johnson and has reportedly settled on a name.
“[She's] told people she's going to name the baby Ace!” a source told Us Weekly. The 32-year-old mom to Maxwell Drew revealed that her elder daughter’s name was a tribute to the couple’s family. “It's nothing shocking and nothing you'll have to add to the dictionary,” Simpson told ELLE prior to her daughter's birth. “Still, when people hear it they'll know …why.” Maxwell is Johnson's middle name as well as his grandmother's surname, and Drew is Simpson's mother Tina's maiden name.
If the rumors are true that she has chosen the name “Ace,” Simpson will likely explain her choice as she makes the rounds for upcoming season premiere of her reality television show, “Fashion Star,” for which she serves as a fashion mentor.
