Jessica Simpson is in an all out war with Papa Joe since he's looking to get her mom's assets. ContactMusic.com reported on March 1 that wife Tina Simpson plans to give half of her business assets to Joe Simpson. Jessica is livid over this recent news.
The relationship with her father is getting strained even more. Papa Joe was targeting Tina's billion-dollar fortune. Tina co-owns Jessica's successful fashion empire, including the Jessica Simpson Collection.
Jessica fears that she may have to sell her $250 million business to her father. The Simpsons are now in war over their eldest daughter's business assets.
A source said that Joe believes he's entitled to half of Tina's business assets. Joe figures the amount to be close to $250 million. He will fight until he rightfully gets the money.
