Jessica Sanchez to sing at Poinsettia Bowl; ‘Idol’ fans to watch star on ESPN

Jessica Sanchez is still actively pursuing her musical career and she is going to be performing at a bowl game on Thursday. The former American Idol contestant announced to the fans that she will be performing during the early bowl game that is only a day after Christmas.

“Singing at the Poinsettia Bowl who's gonna be there?” tweeted Jessica Sanchez from her official Twitter account. The fans of the star are scrambling to see how they can watch the artist when she hits the field. This isn’t the first time Jessica Sanchez has been on the field at the Qualcomm Stadium as she has performed at a San Diego Chargers game.

The Poinsettia Bowl is played in San Diego and can be seen on ESPN. While it is the first time the bowl game has been played so close after Christmas, Jessica Sanchez’s fans don’t mind. The college game pits Northern Illinois against Utah State at Qualcomm Stadium for a match of conference division winners.
