Actress Jessica Biel, who confessed she sometimes works out 5 hours a day, has no problem stripping down for another nude scene for the right role.
Biel, 29, did several nude scenes to play a stripper in the 2009 flop Powder Blue and unlike Jessica Alba, has no problems baring all for the cameras.
"If a director I trusted came to me with an amazing opportunity and it felt organic, I would do it," Jessica says in the December 2011 issue of Elle.
Yoga, Martial Arts & Boxing
Biel, who maintains her sexy bikini body by running, doing yoga, strength-training, martial arts and boxing, has said portion control is her diet secret.
"I do a lot of cooking at home using grains and vegetables," said the 5'8" Jessica. “Yoga is a constant for me because it keeps my muscles long and flexible...(and during the summer I spend) more time outdoors playing volleyball and jogging with my dog.”
Biel, who has had an on-again, off-again relationship with singer Justin Timberlake since 2007, wants to be married and have children someday, but unlike Kim Kardashian, doesn't feel pressured by her biological clock.
"Sure, of course (I'd love to have kids)," says Jessica. "But I don't feel pressured. I was never one of those girls who dreamt of my wedding and my Prince Charming.
"To piss off my mom, I used to say, 'I'm never having kids, and I'm going to be a fabulously rich old maid living in a house with cute butlers and dogs.' "
'Being Beautiful Is a Problem'
Biel, who once lamented that her looks have hampered her career, says she'd love to branch out into writing someday.
"[Being beautiful] really is a problem," Jessica said in 2009.
Biel, who says she covets the careers of Scarlett Johansson and Natalie Portman, even claims she has been turned away from auditions because she's too pretty.
"If you don't like the audition, then don't hire me," she says. "But if you don't even want to see me, that's hurtful.
"I'd love to write. I wrote a lot of short stories and poetry when I was a kid. That was my creative outlet. I've written a short film, and I write poetry."
