In Episode 7 of his "Conspiracy Theory" series, movie star, professional wrestler, former Navy SEAL and former Minnesota governor, Jesse Ventura, takes on the subject of apocalypse 2012 and the underground bunkers being built by the U.S. government.
The new episode looks at scientific evidence of possible solar flare activity that could wipe out the electrical grid as well as bring major physical catastrophes to the planet.
They uncover evidence that the U.S. government is preparing for a major disaster, planning to save only the elite, keeping their plans from the public because they don't have enough time or resources to prepare for everyone.
Maybe the movie 2012 isn't so outlandish. (That movie, by the way, has huge entertainment value with a "in the nick of time" plot throughout and great special effects.)
Besides Biblical prophecy of the earth being destroyed by fire this time (last time by flood) [symbolic parallels to the baptism of water and of the spirit], with a few being "lifted above the clouds", I can't help but think of the Biblical verse that says that "the meek shall inherit the earth." Will the twisted elite's efforts to protect themselves with mammoth facilities built by pilfered public moneys be successful? Should we also build such bunkers, or will more modest preparations be adequate?

There will not be any planet wide catastrophes. But, both natural and human caused biosphere degradation will continue for a very long time.
We will need to deflect the asteroid called Apophis with nuclear detonations only (close by, not on it). We will have huge Earthquakes and Tsunamis, but all and all, the world population will continue to rise, which is ultimately the root of our problems. We need to implement worldwide birth control laws in order to stem this growing problem, which will only make our future bleaker.

This scenario is too close to the "fallout shelter" craze of the 60's. Life in a "bunker"? Bunkers being built for the "elite"??

The models I’ve seen for Earth are a 50 degree shift in a short period, perhaps hours or days to move. This will cause massive tsunamis and clouds of ejecta from volcanoes all over the planet, including the caldera at Yellowstone, blanketing the US from California to Arkansas with dust and burning debris. The only way to carry on the planet (in lieu of ET arks/lifeboats) is to have underground cities with lighting and plant hydroponic crops and keep alive the few species we need to save and feed the animals we have. Don’t forget the Aquarius zodiac sign is pouring water. Water is also a graphic used in the Dresden Mayan Codex, which depicts 2012. Venus may be part of this too, and may flip its magnetic pole, and carry the mantel with it, like Earth may, and do a polar shift.

It's nuts stories like these that keep good ideas (clean energy) from becoming more mainstream. Seriously, what kind of idiot believes in this stuff?! If the government really didn't want people to know about this stuff, do you really think we would be talking about it, anywhere!! Conspiracy theories are for people who can't live in the real world, so they have to make up a crazy place for their crazy minds to feel justified.
No one can say for certain that there will or will not be catastrophes, but we know they have occurred in the past. For those who are Catholic, search on Pedro Regis. The Virgin Mary is predicting a pole shift and great geological upheavals in Her conversations with this man. It is irrational to label this crazy or a conspiracy theory. All we can say is that it is possible in our time.
Just to be safe, everyone needs to learn to be self sufficiant. Grow and hunt your food. Learn to sew. Have something to offer. It's the end of days as we know it, not the end of days. Trust me, in the end it we will have a better life.

I think it's B.S. that the show was cancelled I believe everything that is going on in this corrupt government is true we are on a way to total destruction and I don't have to be an expert to figure it out.
