Jesse's nominations are in

Chima nominated week 1 by Jesse (Photo: CBS)

Last night on Big Brother it was time for Jesse to make his nominations for eviction.  For most of the evening, Jesse was attempting to have everyone else make this decision for him.  This is a common play to try and keep any blood spilled off of his hands even though he is the HOH.  So Jesse basically spoke to everyone on the Athletes team and attempted to get them to tell him who he should put up on the block.  The only ones interested in talking to him seemed to be Russell the Lovemuscle and Natalie.  Russell seems to be the know it all guy who is trying to be the behind the scenes general for the athletes.  It remains to be seen whether or not Russell has a clue.  Natalie it seems is all mouth and all about some Jesse.  This could be simply because of his position in the house right now.  One thing which impressed me about Jesse last night was his alliance with Ronnie of the brains clique.  Ronnie seems a serious player who really thought out a talk with Jesse which culminated in the two of them making a secret alliance which could possibly carry them both a long way in the house.  The only concern being this, didn't Ronnie watch Big Brother last year and doesn't he know who he's making a deal with?  Jesse was truly like the worst Big Brother player ever save perhaps for Bryan also from season 10.  It will be interesting to watch how this plays out.  So nomination time comes and Jesse puts up Lydia and Chima.

Chima is up to be a pawn to protect the alliance Jesse made with Ronnie.  Jesse seems to be protecting his alliance with Ronnie as an individual by bringing in Natalie and Russell and making it an alliance between athletes and brains.  This is something that is surprising considering Jesse's past craptacular game play.  So Chima, sorry girl, but everyone whos anyone knows what happens to pawns in the big brother house...  They go home!  We'll see if you're the exception, but really hope you enjoyed your stay and please drive through.  Lydia on the other hand, Jesse put up because of her strong game play which Russell and Nat both pointed out to Jesse quite strongly in a conversation they all had up in the HOH room.  It remains to be seen if she'll stay on the block as she does seem to have some strong friendships already in the house to include Jesse, but friendships aren't for much in the BB house.

The last big thing that happened in the house since the last episode was the first ever Have Not competition.  Basically the house guests got all garbed up in some wild colored paint and clothes and had to get a stream of paint from one end of the back yard to the other using various sizes and shaped clear piping.  It was quite the fun watching thinking the brains would be able to figure out the mechanics but learning quickly that the brains were just spinning their wheels bombing terribly and winding up the 'have nots' for the week.  This entails being on slop for the week, having to use the cold water only shower, and finally sleeping in this bare, stainless steel room.  It certainly does not seem to be the place to be, thats for sure.
Well, thats about it for the latest episode of BB, there is much more to come so keep on checking back for your latest BB episode updates.
