Jesse James moved to Austin, Texas with his family over the summer so they could be near his ex-wife, Sandra Bullock. This move had him leaving his West Coast Shoppers flagship store behind in Long Beach, Calif.
RadarOnline is reporting that the property was listed on the market at the beginning of December. You can now own James’ shop for a cool $1,599,999.
The building, which is located in the industrial area of Long Beach, is 11,500 square feet with an additional 1,100 square feet of office space. Also included with the property is a fenced-in paved backyard.
