Jesse Csincsak blames ‘Bachelor’ producers for Ben Flajnik’s wild bachelorettes

Jesse Csincsak, former "Bachelorette" star now hosting "Reality Smackdown" on

The season 16 premiere of “The Bachelor” was definitely a shocker for viewers, filled with over-analyzing drama queens, grandmas, horses and even a little girl-on-girl cuddling. But while we all sit at home judging the bachelorettes’ action, former “Bachelorette” star Jesse Csincsak is putting the blame on producers for at least some of the night’s happenings.

“In my opinion this girl came to casting, and they said, ‘Yep we are gonna have her as this season’s drama-filled train wreck,’ and they pumped her full of alcohol,” Jesse said referring to Jenna Burke, a 27-year-old blogger who spent much of the first night’s mixer arguing in tears with fellow contestant Monica Spannbauer.

“I feel sorry for her,” Jesse added.

Jesse also feels the producers are to blame for getting rid of a woman he feels could’ve been good for bachelor Ben Flajnik: Amber T.

While you’ll be able to find Jesse’s thoughts on the show here throughout the season, Jesse’s opinions, along with the opinions of several other “Bachelor” and “Bachelorette” alumni, can be heard every Tuesday on Jesse’s new web series, “Reality Smackdown.” Each episode features a weekly recap of reality TV, and is incredibly hilarious! Last season the show was titled “Bachelor Beatdown, and while the location of the show is different (now available at Tuesdays at 6 p.m. PST), the wild and crazy antics and comments of each episode’s outspoken panel have not disappeared – round of applause for that!
