Jerseylicious Season 2...Keepin' it classy since 2009

OK, my Jersey peeps, it’s starting to get a bit silly this drama between Gayle and Alexa dont’cha think? It’s the same old thing week after week, c’mon ladies, put on your big girl panties and go your separate ways for the love of God! Let’s get on with the recap..

So ova at the Gatsby they have decided to have a big ol’ sales drive, ya know like when you see the people on the street handing out flyers, wearing sandwich boards, all that classy shizz. The winner of the sales drive will get a vacation to the Poconos where they can hang out in a big martini glass tub, no joke.

So everybody goes into over kill and there are flyers, lemonade stands, and sandwich boards coming out of Tracy and Olivia’s azzes, but Alexa ain’t havin’ it. She is way to good for this, she’s the Glam Fairy bishes, and y’all better take notice. So Alexa does what every spray tanned, bleach blond fairy does, she has a hissy fit at work and tear her name off the board and chucks it at Anthony’s face and she’s atta there. The rest of the salon is like WTH?

Gayle thinks that she may have found a replacement for Alexa when all of a sudden Olivia decides she wants the job. Why you ask? Well, Olivia had a little meeting with Alexa about her role in the new business and Alexa pretty much laughed at her and went all Kelly Bensimone and gave a  I’m up here you’re down here type of 'tude. Olivia decided she was all set drinking the Alexa Kool-Aid even if it was all glittery and heads back to the Gatsby where she puts Gayle on notice.

Anthony decides to take Frankie with him to pick out his wife’s anniversary gift because the traditional 5 year gift is ink right. Wrong. Frankie tells Anthony that there is no need for diamonds or pearls, all Jersey woman want their man all tatted up. Welcome to Jersey baby!

So the sales drive is over and we have our selves a winner, or winners as it turns out, because Tracy and Olivia have tied it all up kids. They will both enjoy a soak in the big martini tub but as Olivia points out not together because she doesn’t want to sit in Tracy's self tanner covered water. Gross, really just gross. Olivia has stars in her eyes though because she thinks Gayle is going to hire her as the head make up artist and even Tracy can’t slow her down. Tracy is all in a fluster because she knows she won and she’s calling b.s. on this whole tie thing.

Alexa finally gets to see her new space and is beyond thrilled even though she almost ripped the poor contractors head off early in the episode.
