Jersey Shore star Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi and ex boyfriend Jionni LaValle were reunited in Seaside Heights Monday night. The two were photographered holding hands after Jionni (armed with a big vase of roses) surprised Snooki at a surprise party for the cast. Friends, family, and significant others - including JWoWW's boyfriend, Roger - attended the surprise party on the Jersey Shore gang's first night back in Seaside where they're filming Jersey Shore Season 5.

Snooki and Jionni met in Seaside Heights in August 2010. They started dating after Jersey Shore Season 3 wrapped up last summer and quickly got serious. But when Jionni visited Snooki in Florence, Italy earlier this month the couple split up. Their relationship was reportedly stressed by the time and distance apart. But now that Snooki's back in Jersey it looks like she and Jionni are back together. Don't say we didn't call this one!
