Snooki became the first Jersey Shore star to hit 3 million fans on Twitter. The MTV reality star passed the major social media milestone today (Tuesday). "WHEWWHEWWWW made it to 3 million followers! LOVE U GUYS!" she tweeted.
Of the Jersey Shore stars, Snooki has - by far - the largest Twitter following. She's doubled up most of her co-stars and has close to a million more fans than hang on her every 140 character tweet than the show's next most-followed star - DJ Pauly D.

Pauly got his 2,000,000th follower at the end of August. But what is even more impressive about Pauly D's loyal fans is how quickly he reached 2 million and how fast his fan base is growing. The reality star gained 500,000 new fans in August alone - averaging 20,000 new followers a day.
JWoWW and Vinny are not too far behind Pauly D's huge following. Vinny has 1.8 million fans while JWoWW has 1.7 million.
