Get ready for romance, "Jersey Shore" style. One of the stars of the wildly popular MTV reality television series is writing a romance novel. Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi's first novel, "A Shore Thing" will be published in January 2011.
Gallery Books, an imprint of Simon & Schuster, made the announcement on Wednesday, September 29, 2010. According to Gallery Books, "A Shore Thing" by Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi will tell the story of a "girl looking for love on the boardwalk (one full of big hair, dark tans, and fights galore)."
If the plot of Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi's upcoming romance novel sounds familiar, it's probably because you have been following the love life and exploits of Snooki herself as shown on "Jersey Shore." The reality television star is currently dating Iraq veteran Jeff Miranda who recently proposed to Snooki via the cover of "Steppin' Out" magazine.
Earlier this year, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi had sexual relations with one of her roommates shortly after breaking up with ex-boyfriend Emilio Masella.
Boston, Massachusetts residents are anxiously awaiting the Boston-based "Jersey Shore" spin-off "Wicked Summer." When E! News Online announced that the casting director for "Jersey Shore" was casting for a "docusoap" in Boston, "Wicked Summer" hadn't yet found itself a network.
