Fans of the legendary sitcom “Seinfeld” have been given a reason to cheer. According to a Jan 30 story by Huffington Post, Jerry Seinfeld has confirm that a reunion project is in the works, and it will be released “very soon”.

Speculation about the project started shortly after Jerry Seinfeld, Jason Alexander and Larry David were spotted in the legendary Tom’s Restaurant. Once pictures of Seinfeld and Alexander entering the restaurant surfaced, speculation spread like wildfire across the internet.

Well, Jerry Seinfeld has finally confirmed the project, but the wild speculation has yet to stop. During an interview on WFAN’s “Boomer & Carton” morning show, he gave tantalizing hints about the reunion. Fans now know that most of their favorite “Seinfeld” characters will be appearing, but they should not get their hopes up for a new season. The comedian confirmed that it would be “shortish” and “one-and-done”. Additionally, he confirmed that it was longer than a minute, and it involves Larry David.

Are you excited about the reunion? Do you think the actors will be able to seamlessly portray their characters after being away for long?
