Daniela Cortazar-Shockey, the estranged wife of former NFL football star Jeremy Shockey, is hot. We don't mean hot in terms of sexy -- which she is -- but rather, hot under the collar after Shockey recently Instagrammed her bare butt, as TMZ reported on Sunday.
Cortazar-Shockey married Jeremy last May, only to separate from Shockey in October, just filed legal documents contesting their prenuptial agreement. The prenup essentially leaves Cortazar-Shockey with nothing in the event of a divorce -- which may or may not be all that bad considering that Shockey didn't play in 2012 -- but Cortazar-Shockey claims that under Florida law she is still entitled to temporary alimony and lawyers' fees.
The naked butt photo, though, has added fuel to the proverbial fire, and made Shockey's soon to be hot ex-wife hot under the collar. Cortazar-Shockey is also demanding at least $15,000 from the footballer, claiming he violated a privacy provision in the prenuptial agreement by posting a picture of Daniela's butt on Instagram recently. That posting was long after the pair had split up.
The picture has since been removed from Jeremy's social networking accounts, but as they always say, "what gets posted to the Internet, stays on the Internet."
Cortazar-Shockey is also asking the court to compel Shockey to stop posting about her on the Internet.
There has, as yet, been no ruling on her motion. As you might recall, Shockey filed for divorce earlier this month, claiming their marriage was "irretrievably broken" after just eight months.
