On Jan. 27, Jennifer Lawrence showed up at the SAG Awards 2013 even though pundits feared she wouldn't be there at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles for the huge event where actors celebrate actors since she had been sick.
But this actor is a trooper, having survived walking pneumonia as she admitted to E! Entertainment Television host Giuliana Rancic while walking the red carpet in her haute couture Chanel gown looking as hot as usual.
In fact, there was no sign of sickness for the celebrated 22-year-old star who had suffered through the flu earlier this month during the People's Choice Awards during which time it was atypically cold in the City of Angels.
But on Sunday, the "Silver Linings Playbook" thespian was better and ready to lap up the fun and frivolity of this more low key affair held every year in Tinseltown. While happily chatting with Rancic, Jennifer showed off her beautiful diamond ring from Chopard in E! Entertainment Television's so-called "mani-cam," which is a miniature runway that gives special interest to manicures and jewelry alike.
It was then that JLaw declared she has "chubby fingers." Hardly.
And so, as Jennifer Lawrence talks pneumonia and possible flaws in her anatomy on the SAG Awards 2013 red carpet, she looked and, apparently, felt great. Let's hope she wasn't, well, just acting.
