Jennifer Lawrence put her sleek physique on display in a black Lanvin cut-out handkerchief dress at the 2013 Film Independent Spirit Awards at Santa Monica Beach, Calif., on Feb. 23.
The lithe 5-foot-7 Lawrence, who says she'll never starve herself for a film role, looked thinner than ever in the barely-there outfit.
"I'm never going to starve myself for a part," said Jennifer, 22. "I don't want little girls to be like, 'Oh, I want to look like Katniss, so I'm going to skip dinner.' I was trying to get my body to look fit and strong — not thin and underfed."
Despite her slimline physique, Lawrence says she's considered heavy by Hollywood standards. "In Hollywood, I'm obese," she says. "I'm considered a fat actress."
Jennifer may be self-deprecating about her athletic good looks, but her sultry beauty has not gone unnoticed. Earlier this week, Lawrence made her debut as the face of Christian Dior's handbag campaign, and was recently named the most desirable woman in the world.
Jennifer, who shot to fame playing Katniss Everdeen in the "Hunger Games," won the Film Independent Spirit Award for best actress for "Silver Linings Playbook" and is nominated for an Academy Award.
