The red carpet for the 2013 Academy Awards was full of high fashion. According to USMagazine on February 24, 2013, Jennifer Lawrence proved just how she is living up to the status of an Academy Award nominee by wearing a gorgeous Dior Haute Couture in a very pale pink.
The gown featured a super fitted bodice, while the dropped waistline flowed into a structured full skirt and layered train. This may have been the most beautiful gown of the evening as she looked regal. Her jewels consisted of a simple Chopard chain backwards draping down her back.
To complete her look Jennifer Lawrence wore her blonde locks swept back in a classic updo.
Her simple silver purse was held in hand as she even stopped to flash her manicure for Ryan Seacrest on the mani-cam. According to reports she had a little message for Emma Stone. Unfortunately the clever message was not recorded as they had a technical difficulty.
Lawrence is favored to win Best Actress at this year's 85th annual Academy Awards for her portrayal of Tiffany in the Best Picture nominee "Silver Linings Playbook".
