Jennifer Lawrence is nominated for a 2013 SAG Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role for her turn in the acclaimed movie, “Silver Linings Playbook.” Other nominees in the category include Jessica Chastain (“Zero Dark Thirty”), Helen Mirren (“Hitchcock”), Noami Watts (“The Impossible”) and Marion Cotillard (“Rust and Bone”).
Lawrence is possibly the most buzzed about actress this awards season - for her talent and her red carpet style. Every red carpet this year from the People’s Choice to Critics’ Awards and Golden Globes has focused on who and what the actress wore. From her dresses to her jewelry, this standout actress will definitely be the highlight of the SAG Awards and the Academy Awards. A favorite contender in her awards category, Lawrence has not yet disappointed on the red carpet.
At the SAG 2012 Awards, Lawrence opted for a bright pink Oscar de la Renta gown. She accessorized her look with a Judith Leiber clutch and Roger Vivier heels. Whether she wears heavy black or bold color, Lawrence always pulls it off with grace and elegance. Her red carpet style is always on the best dressed list. She works with various designers and so far hasn’t limited her red carpet style to any one predictable look or color. We are open to surprises on this year’s SAG awards red carpet.
She has stunned time and time again on this year’s red carpet. The most buzzed about actress rocked the Golden Globes 2013 red carpet in a bold red, Christian Dior haute couture dress, Brian Atwood heels and Ferragamo clutch. She completed her look with Chopard jewelry for which Chopard reportedly paid her $100,000 to wear. The Critics’ Choice Awards red carpet was another gorgeous fashion moment with the star in a Prabal Gurung gown with Jimmy Choo heels. Chopard jewels and a Roger Vivier clutch completed the look.
We are betting on Chopard again.
The SAG awards will air live at 8 p.m. EST on Jan. 27 on TNT and TBS.
