Jennifer Lawrence completely forgot about her infamous trip on the stairway at the Oscars when she had a chance to meet Jack Nicholson during her GMA interview with George Stephanopoulos.
During an interview with Stephanopoulos, Jack Nicholson interrupts to tell the young actress how well she did in “Silver Linings Playbook.” Nicholson teases Lawrence about his rude interruption and how well he enjoyed her in the film.
The night only continued to get better for the young actress when she had a chance to meet Anne Hathaway and do an “Oscar bump” with her. The two admired each other’s gowns and exchanged a few words and a hug.
The conversation Lawrence had with Nicholson began with George stating “You’ve got a fan here.”
Nicholson: “You did such a beautiful job! I don’t mean to crash your interview.”
Jennifer: “Yeah, you’re being really rude.”
Nicholson: “Enjoy the night. I loved you in the movie. It was great. You look like an old girlfriend of mine.”
Jennifer: “Oh, really? Do I look like a new girlfriend?”
Nicholson: “I thought about it.”
Jennifer: “Is he still here?”
Nicholson: “I’ll be waiting!”
