In The Hunger Games movies, Jennifer Lawrence is most often in lots of outdoor, all-weather, ready-to-fight clothing. Clad in long pants, long-sleeved shirts and beautiful, flowing gowns, Lawrence is always covered up.
However, in her upcoming movie, X-Men: Days of Future Past, Lawrence's character is "naked."
"I'm naked," Lawrence revealed in a new interview with SciFiNow. "But when I do get to wear clothes, I love the 70's outfits."
Lawrence is taking over the role, again, of Mystique who was played in the past by actress Rebecca Romjin.
"Some of the Mystique look is a little different, but we're still using the same paint. But she's different in this film, too," Lawrence explains in the interview.
It sounds like a lot of Lawrence's characters are changing with each movie she makes. In The Hunger Games franchise, Lawrence recently explained in Vogue magazine that her character is ever-evolving and struggling with the changes and challenges of each movie.
"She was struggling - like a lot of normal humans," she says about her character, Mystique. "With the way she looked, and she was covered up a lot in the first movie, but this time she is mutant and proud."
At the young age of 23, Lawrence should be very proud, like her characters, of the success she already has. With many award wins under her belt, Lawrence has sure made her mark in Hollywood.
Fans can catch Lawrence in her upcoming film, Catching Fire which will release on November 22 of this year.
