A day after winning the Academy Award for Best Actress for her performance in Silver Linings Playbook, Jennifer Lawrence dyed her hair dark again to reprise her role as Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.
Catching Fire officially wrapped filming in December, but Lawrence, along with other cast members and the crew, are flying to Hawaii this week for nine additional days of shooting.
Lawrence kept her hair light for awards season, which culminated in her big win Sunday night at the Oscars, but quickly went dark again to maintain her look as Katniss. Her co-star Josh Hutcherson also dyed his hair again for his role in Catching Fire, swapping his normally brunette locks for blonde to play Peeta.
The Hunger Games: Catching Fire is the second movie in the franchise based on Suzanne Collins' best-selling young adult book series. The movie is slated for theatrical release in November.
