Jennifer Lawrence dyes hair black after her big win at the Oscars 2013 awards show. USA Today reported on Feb. 26. The actress dramatically changed her hair color for her role of Katniss in "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire."

Lawrence had her hair colored on Monday. The 22-year-old actress was seen leaving The Rossano Ferretti salon in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Jennifer had to color her hair a dark brunette. She's trying to return her hair to the she had in the first "Hunger Games" movie. It's also rumored that she may go even darker or even black for her role.

She also looked to be in a hurry. Jennifer wore a black hooded sweatshirt, a gray t-shirt and a black skirt to match her new dark look. She also carried a black studded handbag and a Rossano Ferretti shopping bag.

The Oscar winning actress was polite and friendly to the staff. She carried on a conversation with everyone at the salon. She said that she was on her way to shoot for "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire."

Jennifer Lawrence plays the role of Katniss Everdeen in the saga. She recently won "Best Actress" for her role in "Silver Linings Playbook" at the Oscars 2013 awards show.
