Jennifer Garner diets and works out for a healthy pregnancy

Pregnant Jennifer Garner, whose young daughters have proposed names such as Peter Pan for their future sibling, is an expert at diet and exercise before and after her pregnancy.  Due with her third child at the end of February or early March, Jennifer is known for her dedication to a healthy lifestyle.

During her second pregnancy, Jennifer told OK magazine that she focuses on feeling "good and strong the whole way."  With a goal of working out 4 to 5 times a week during pregnancy,  Jennifer alternates cardio with strength training under the guidance of celebrity trainer Valerie Waters.

As for her diet during pregnancy, Jennifer eats small meals during the day, controlling her portions. "If I have to have pasta, I'll have a big salad at a restaurant and then an appetizer size of pasta for dinner," she explained.
