Bloggers are abuzz with the news that American actress Jennifer Garner and her husband Ben Affleck announced on August 22, 2011, that they are expecting their third child. The couple said that they were thrilled to have a another addition to their family.
Ben and Garner had got hitched in the year 2005. At the time of marriage, the actress was three months pregnant with their first child. Actor Ben had proposed Garner with a 4.5 carat diamond ring. See photo gallery.
The couple had a very private wedding ceremony in the Caribbean. In December of 2005, the '13 Going on 30' actress gave birth to their first daughter and had named her Violet Anne Affleck.
Later on in 2009, the couple welcomed their second daughter Seraphina Rise Elizabeth Affleck. Garner and Ben started dating in mid 2004 and the two made their first public appearance as a couple at the Boston Red Sox’s opening World Series Games in October of 2004.
The 'Armageddon' actor was in an infamous relationship with singer and actress Jennifer Lopez, with whom he had also planned to get married.
But the couple broke up due to the negative media attention and personal issues. Before Lopez, the actor also dated actress Gwyneth Paltrow in 1998, after she had broken up with 'Meet Joe Black' actor Brad Pitt.
