Actress Jennifer Aniston, who turned 44 on Feb. 11, is fit and fabulous, thanks to a healthy diet and daily workouts.
Aniston, who's currently in Connecticut shooting the film, "Untitled Elmore Leonard Project," remains one of the most sought-after actresses at an age when most women in Hollywood are considered past their prime.
The combination of Jennifer's fan popularity and youthful looks have kept her on the Hollywood A-list for years, but she works hard to look good.
"I work out almost every day, at least five or six days a week," Aniston told InStyle UK. "I do 40 minutes of cardio: spinning, running, the elliptical, or a combination. Then I do Pilates one day a week and yoga three days a week. I try to mix it up."
Jennifer also follows a healthy, sensible diet. "I eat really well and I work out, but I also indulge when I want to," she said. "I don’t starve myself in an extremist way. My advice: just stop eating sh*t every day."
To keep her skin youthful, Aniston gets laser skincare treatments and uses sunscreen. “I’ve started getting those little sun spots,” she said. “Things are beginning to pop out. Even the texture [of my skin] is changing, so I’ve recently started zapping the spots [with laser treatments] and getting spray tans. And I’ve graduated to using SPF 60 sunblock when I’m on the beach.”
Thanks to her disciplined and active lifestyle, Jennifer looks and feels years younger than her chronological age. "I don’t feel my age," said Aniston, who's engaged to actor Justin Theroux, 41. "I feel young every day. [Youthfulness] is in the spirit."
