Jennifer Aniston keeps her beauty routine as simple as her fitness regimen: For her skin, she cleanses with Neutrogena face soap and uses sunscreen daily, and for her body, she works out every day and eats in moderation.
“I’ve been in the business for 15 years, so I have been taking care of myself," Aniston, 41, tells the Telegraph. "I just stay fit and in shape.”
WRINKLE SERUM + SUNSCREEN
Jennifer, who has gotten fitter and sexier over the years, admits she once tried Botox, but isn't bothered by her smile lines or the wrinkles on her forehead.
“Wrinkles happen to human beings,” she says. “I think they’re kind of beautiful on women. You know, I’ve got wrinkles on my forehead and smile lines, but what’s wrong with that? I love to smile.”
[Editor's note: One thing that causes facial dryness and wrinkles is smoking, which Jen has been since her twenties.]
Aniston keeps her skincare routine simple. “I wake up and wash my face with Neutrogena face soap, or have a pump of soap from Terri Lawton, a facialist I go to in California," she says. "I use a [anti-wrinkle] serum and then a Dr Hauschka day cream. And I use SPF 30 on my face. Nothing higher – they say that after SPF 30 it’s all bull----!”
'I'M IN MY PRIME NOW'
Meanwhile, Aniston slams recent surveys that indicate that women are happiest at 28 and reach their peak beauty at 31.
"I certainly don’t feel past [my prime]!” she says. “I feel like I’m all of that at this age, so I don’t know if I agree. I also feel 28 was miserable for me. This is the happiest time for a lot of women I know. I don’t know who this poll has been talking to."
As if to underscore her point, Jennifer recently made Women's Health magazine's Hottest Summer Bodies list. She was the only woman who was not in her 20s to make the Top 10 (Model Brooklyn Decker was No. 1).
Aniston, who recently released her own fragrance called Lolavie, is currently filming the comedy Horrible Bosses (co-starring the "Old Spice guy" Isaiah Mustafa and Colin Farrell).

Okay it's nice that Jennifer has such a killer body for her age and she should be really proud and we should all admire her. But I really think it's time for that girl to put on some clothes. At her age even the best body dressed like that looks like she doesn't have the money to buy proper clothes.
